Country River is the debut studio album of Jacksonville-based indie rock band Teal Peel. The album was accompanied by three singles: “Smello Coffee“ “How Many Bugs“ and “Fruit Flies“. The band's Bandcamp profile shared the following about the album's inspiration: “Feelings of exploration, uncertainty and self-discovery are the basis on which frontman Taylor Neal began writing new material four years ago. Today, Neal along with longtime friends and collaborators, have emerged from their cocoon as Teal Peel. Together, the band’s dynamic and improvisational style makes for a unique performance each time they take the stage.
