Due to the Covid-19 pandemic events, the band was forced to take a break from their activities. The tragedy reached each member deeply in a personal way. Tragic losses, confinement loneliness and its repecutions on mental health undoubtedly left their mark in the group’s way of making music. However, in 2022, ‘Colapso’ (“collapse”, in english) replaces Angústia’s sadness aura with despair. The depressed apathy turned into frank wrath, evidenced by erratic distorted guitar sounds and tormented funereal bass lines combined with enraged drums sound. Now the vocal screams and spits lyrics full of rage and outcry. The echoes of shoegaze and sad rock are still there, buried by an extrem sound that searches, in an experimental way, translating something that is impossible to say from the experience of each of one.
