"City To City" debuted the first week of May 1978. It quickly rose to #1 the week of July 8, 1978 taking 10 weeks to hit the top and ending the 24 week reign at #1 by the Soundtrack to "Saturday Night Fever". The album was boosted by the first release "Baker Street" which hit #2 on the Billboard Singles Chart for 6 weeks. It had an 8 week stay in the Top 10 and a 23 week ride in the Top 40. "Right Down The Line" followed that single into the Top 40 A third release "Home and Dry" hit the charts in early 1979 which kept the album on the chart-for a lofty 49 weeks.
