Released in August 2012, the piece CINGULATE GYRUS is a richly-textured ambient work, brought to life using a variety of drones and soundscapes, as well as some rather elongated piano tinkering and sparsely delicate percussive stylings. Drawing upon many influences, yet expressed as a distinctive product, CINGULATE GYRUS is a cold (at times hauntingly so) and unnerving yet beautiful piece.
