Chasing Euphoria is the debut studio album from masked trapwave artist M Huncho. The project follows his critically acclaimed mixtapes, 2019’s Utopia and 2020’s Huncholini the 1st. Following a very busy 2019 and 2020 featuring non-stop solo and collaborative music (with frequent collaborator Nafe Smallz), Huncho went on a hiatus in January 2021 following a highly publicized mishap where he was leaked without a mask to work on his debut album. He marked his return in September 2021 with “Breadwinner” and followed it up with Octobers “Hiatus (Freestyle)”. With his first sighting in months, Huncho teased a snippet of “Sincerely, Dad” in August 2021 through social media. He officially began his album roll-out in February 2021 with the leading single “Warzone” featuring Tottenham Drill artist Headie One. After proclaiming that the album was done, he officially revealed the artwork and title on 17 March 2021 on social media. The album’s second single “Lean” with UK legend Giggs was released a day later. One week later, the third single, “The Worst”, was released.
