"Censura" has a running time of 46 minutes and includes twelve original compositions: Ten cuts with lyrics sung in Spanish and English and two instrumental tracks in the vein of traditional ska. It was recorded and mixed in Añasco, Puerto Rico by David Ramos, lead vocalist and composer for Puerto Rico’s premier third wave ska outfit Skapulario. Featured musicians on the album include Carmelo Romero (Gomba Jahbari) on guest vocals, Beto Torrens (Bayanga) on Brazilian percussion and Heriberto Rosas on trombone. Don Segundo's first album "Censura" was released in North America through Jump Up Records in June 2008 and was soon after released in Europe and in digital-download format through Megalith Records.
