About Bright Spaces Bright Spaces is a story about faith and healing. Some themes it touches on include religion, belief, finding one’s voice, denial and hope. Maybe you will find your story within its sound. On several tracks, Adryelle collaborated with co-producer and studio engineer, Uneak Music. The album consists of several tracks with vocals and some instrumentals. It has sonic influences from the 1980s, surf rock and electronic indie rock, with some urban sounds. Each track was written slowly over the last year and a half. The track ‘White Washed Tomb’ has surf rock vibes mixed with a Joy Divisionesque sound; it is about religion vs relationship and how we are not supposed to go through the motions. The track was based on a dream she had where everyone looked like zombies from the 1800s in a church, and they were all moving and acting the same yet there was no life there. This inspired her to write a song about how religion is dead when it is not filled with life from a personal relationship with God.
