Released in 2005 while Iain Jennings was a member of Mostly Autumn, and featuring then-unknown vocalist Olivia Sparnenn, who also joined Mostly Autumn as a backing singer at the same time. Iain Jennings and Olivia Sparnenn subsequently put together the band Breathing Space to tour the album, and several songs from the album still feature in the band's live set.
