It's a collaboration work between Michael Brook and Djivan Gasparyan . Michael Brooke is an experimental guitarist noted for his collaborations with artists like Robert Fripp, Brian Eno, Daniel Lanois, and others, Michael Brook has also maintained an abiding fascination with esoteric instruments and unorthodox musical textures from the further reaches of the globe. BLACK ROCK is Brook's 1998 collaboration with Armenian duduk virtuoso Djivan Gasparyan, and is very much in the vein of Brooks' previous collaborative projects with artists like Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and U.
