Bit Built is Desx's sophomore album, released on February 25th, 2022. It consists of 11 tracks of electronic music ranging from melodic dubstep, to midtempo, to electro house and more. The album started production on April 1st, 2021 and was completed on January 25th, 2022. The album contains a collaboration with Nebeski, and features vocals from Tyrannyy and Samantha Crowley, as well as a violin recording by Ducknorriss. The album has an overarching story which begins on January 1st, 2000, when a programming oversight causes computer crashes all over the world. The album then explores the development of technology and other programming bugs, such as the Year 2038 problem. Eventually as humanity's power vastly grows, it develops more advanced technology, with the album ending with a catastrophic technological singularity.
