Released on the 16th October 2009, the Arboreal EP is Marco Sijbesma (Cardamar)'s most recent release, and the penultimate release on Cardamar Music before it ceased operations. Its contents include seven original songs lasting 34:24 minutes in total. It was originally supposed to be followed up by the album 'The Salon', however this is still unreleased as of 2012. In the release notes, Cardamar stated that it would be the last release containing the piano style that grew to become a key feature of Marco's work.
