Anitta is the debut album by Brazilian singer Anitta, released on July 6, 2013, through Warner Music. Produced by Umberto Tavares and Mãozinha, the project contains songs of different styles that influenced the singer such as reggae and funk from Rio. The album contains the singer's first hit, entitled "Show das Poderosas" and which reached the top of the Brazilian charts. Anitta's self-titled album released three singles and generated the singer an Extra Award nomination, two statuettes from the Brazilian Music Multishow Award in 2013, a victory at the Best of the Year in 2014 and a Latin Grammy nomination.
