Ambients is the debut album by experimental ambient electronic artist Synoiz. Written to be universally accessible without the constraints of language, the 14 instrumental tracks of Ambients move the listener through a form of electronic fairytale, leading them from the gentle new age pastures of Forest to the dark wave industrial night life of Darkling. Ambients is a unique experiment created through the use of both synthesisers and self-sampled environmental noise ranging from soothing forest ambience to clattering metal bins and industial noise.
