Amber is Amber's second album, released on September 21, 1999 on Tommy Boy Records, featured an array of soulful Dance-pop, Hi-NRG and House music song with a few Urban contemporary songs such as "Object of Desire." The song "Above the Clouds" was prominently featured on the final episode of Season Three of television series, "Sex and The City". This album allowed Amber to song write with top songwriters/producers Rick Nowels and Billy Steinberg on "Sexual (Li Da Di)," "Above the Clouds," and "Love One Another." This album has garnered the most mainstream attention thus far. The first single "Sexual (Li Da Li)" achieved success in the U.S. Billboard charts as well as charting across Europe. The album also included the single "If You Could Read My Mind" by Stars On 54 (a collaboration with Ultra Naté and Jocelyn Enriquez) which was featured on the soundtrack to the movie '54'.
