Aman (Arabic: آمان) is the fifth studio album by Lebanese singer Myriam Fares. It was released on January 5, 2015, by her own label, Myriam Music. The album combines elements of house and techno with traditional and Middle Eastern music, with the title track "Aman" remaking an Andalusian song titled "Lamma Bada Yatathanna". The album contains songs performed in the dialects and styles of multiple Arabic-speaking countries, primarily those of the Gulf (Khaliji), especially those of Saudi Arabia. 'Elzeer', which represents the traditional music of southern Saudi Arabia, 'Gharrouk', 'Ana Gheir', 'Deggou El Touboul' which are all in Gulf Arabic, with 'Shou Bhebb' being amongst the ones being sung in her native Lebanese dialect. The album was a critical and commercial success, with it breaking records and becoming the most listened-to album on the music streaming service Anghami, becoming the most played album and artist. It also topped the iTunes world chart on the first day of its release. It was released with 5 singles, with the third single 'Nifsi Aoulhalak' becoming a large club hit across the Middle East, garnering 97M views on YouTube. The album's music videos amassed a total of 220 million views (excluding the numerous million-view bootlegs available on YouTube).
