"AFTERCARE" is the second studio album by American singer Nessa Barrett released on November 15, 2024 through Warner Records. The album was announced on October 11th along with the announcement of the third single, after some hints were released via social media of photos in the studio. On October 14th the album cover was made official and on October 16th the full tracklist was announced, confirming the participation of singer Tommy Genesis on track 4 and singer Artemas on track 6 as the only collaborations on the album. The project maintains the same concept that Barrett has used since the beginning of her career, immersive pop-electronic melodies, synth-pop and even gothic nuances. The project has 15 tracks and a duration of 45 minutes. The album was preceded by 3 singles: «PASSENGER PRINCESS» released on July 26, 2024, this makes the return of the singer since 2023 with «girl in new york», The second single to be released was «DIRTY LITTLE SECRET» released on September 20, 2024 and finally «DISCO (FT. TOMMY GENESIS)» as its title indicates, this is a collaboration with the American singer Tommy Genesis one of the two collaborations on the album, it was released on September 20, 2024.
