"After The Rain" was originally a collection of demos and B-sides made alongside the ill-fated "Rain Falling On Asphalt" album. It was meant to be a little bonus, and to be released after the main album (hense the title). String arrangments and piano features heavily in these tracks. This was an attempt to move away from the more straight forward electronic sounds of some of my earlier stuff. I wanted to mix in my influences of post-rock and symphonic/orchestral music too. The tracks have been reworked into a 'proper' album. Some have been heavily modified, almost beyond their original form. Most of the tracks are a huge improvment over the original versions.
