A Radar for Karma (2007) is KOJAK's first full length release produced by Wade Norton, Chief Engineer at the famous NRG Recording (Linkin Park, Jay-Z, Incubus, etc) in North Hollywood, CA. in February of 2010, RTL Television played KOJAK's song "CHECK IT" live on German national TV on the top rated show DSDS (Germany's version of American Idol) Other songs from the album like Jumpback, Cry, and Holding on were licensed by MTV for use on the dating show NEXT and big screen movies like Frat Party and Cougar Hunting. Waiting 4 you heart 2 bleed reached #1 on the Independent Music Company's Alt RocK chart. The song "Fly a Plane" created great controversy as it parodies terrorism and extreme ideologies. "Gasoline" beats a dead horse by raising questions about the Iraq war real motives. The song was not intended to be part of the album until Wade heard it and tasked the band to record it. The lyrics were written in the studio 10 minutes before they were recorded. The album which first printing of 1000 units was intended for fans only but sold out and the second printing of 1000 units sold out again.
