The album was formed when ExC realized that the ambient tracks he was working on (Worl, Skunk) would not work as interludes in his full length, and when the drumbeats he wanted to use for Trauma couldn't pan out right. As such, this album is basically outtakes from the full length Here's Something For None Of Us. Waste of Time was meant for the 2nd half of the full length, but wanting to round out the EP, ExC put the track in.
