This EP was recorded by Vroom in 2001 in Lynchburg, Virginia. It was recorded by Jhon Ackerman and produced/mastered by John Painter. The EP was intended to be a demo to shop to various record labels. Of note on the EP: John's vocals were recorded while he had a pretty bad cold. Vocal tracks at the end of "He Seems Like a Nice Guy" were lost during the recording process and weren't discovered to be missing until it was too late to re-record them.
