1970 by Stefe (Steve Dewar) OFFICIAL RELEASE MAY 2nd 2011. MARBLEYE RECORDS. AVAILABLE On ITUNES featuring two additional songs ALONE IN THIS CITY & HAUNTING ME. ALONE IN THIS CITY topped the Midnight Blues Radio Internet Chart on release and was number one for six weeks. After some considerable delay, May 2011 sees the release of the album 1970 by Stefe, a UK rock and Blues Singer/Songwriter. (See opposite) The CD will feature 9 original songs in a blues/rock mood featuring Dewar on vocals, lead, bass guitar and some keyboards. The album also features Sam McCulloch on Lead guitar and Keyboards. In fact, the album is a deliberate attempt to recreate the analogue guitar rock sound in its 70s heyday. CD will be available from the Marbleye website with 12 page booklet featuring Lyrics and photos. The song HOMETOWN is about the demolition of the Springburn district in Glasgow in the 1970s.
